It’s a Virtual Reunion!

We may be the oldest demographic on Facebook right now, but we don’t care!

Over the last couple of months, dozens of DGFers have reconnected on FB, some of whom haven’t seen or spoken to each other in more than 20 years!

It’s amazing the way the Internet continues to bring people together, old friends and new. One recent addition found us on FB through this blog. Great to know this is serving its purpose as well!

If you already have a profile there, do a Classmate Search. You may be surprised at who pops up in the results. If you don’t already have an FB profile, consider getting one. They just went through a major redesign and are working out a few kinks, but it’s a really great site. Yes, it’s yet another potential source of e-mail, but my experience has been that FB is excellent about letting you control how much e-mail you receive–if any–and from whom. Between that and my own e-mail filters, I get no spam from FB.

Give it a try! But be warned–it’s addictive!
