Reunion, Reunion and Reunion!

Well, 2009 seems to be the year for Rota reunions! So far, three are planned.

April 17 – 18
San Antonio, TX
Formal reunion at a hotel with a room block. All years welcome. No other details available at this time.

Memorial Day Weekend
Las Vegas, NV
Informal get-together for DGFers who want to meet up that weekend. Exact location (hotel) being decided. Details are available on Facebook.

September 11 – 13
Arlington – Crystal City, VA

There are also a few small, informal get-togethers planned in Norfolk, VA; Providence, RI; and Washington, DC. More are cropping up all the time. If you went to DGF and you’re not on Facebook yet, you’re missing out! Come join us, both virtually and in person at one of these events!

Hey Conchi!
This was posted back in October of last year. It wasn't a planned reunion like the ones that took place in San Antonio, Vegas, and St. Augustine. It was just a few Admirals getting together for dinner, which I heard about through Facebook. It was the same in Providence and D.C. As the post says, they were small, informal get togethers. It was almost a year ago, though, so I don't remember who was there. I was unable to attend any of them.
Stuff like that pops up on Facebook pretty frequently, and it may not be mentioned here because it's just a few people inviting each other to dinner, not really a planned event. Keep an eye out! :-)
